Apply for This Role About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain our suite of enterprise products including AcoERP, AcoLoan, and AcoSchool. You'll work across the entire stack — from API design to frontend UI — and have a direct impact on products used by hundreds of organisations across East Africa.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable web application features end-to-end
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations (MTN MoMo, Airtel, URA eTax)
- Write clean, testable code with proper documentation
- Collaborate with product and design on new features
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in React or Next.js and Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiarity with REST API design and integration
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile money APIs (MTN, Airtel)
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience building ERP or financial systems
- Knowledge of TypeScript
