Frequently asked questions
How do parents put money on the card?
Parents top up from their own phone using MTN or Airtel mobile money. The balance is available on the card immediately, so students never need to carry cash to school.
What happens if a student loses their card?
A lost card can be blocked straight away and reissued without losing the remaining balance — much safer than losing cash. The account and its history stay with the student, not the plastic.
Does Acopesa work with our existing school system?
Acopesa is designed to integrate with our AcoSchool management system, so student records and card accounts stay in sync. If you are on AcoSchool the two work together as one; if not, we will scope the integration during setup.
