Yes. All hardware comes with manufacturer warranties — typically 1–3 years for laptops and desktops, 3–5 years for servers and network equipment. We manage warranty claims on your behalf.

Yes. We deliver to all major towns in Uganda including Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale, Fort Portal, and Hoima. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location — contact us for a quote.
