What you get

Pharmacy software built for Uganda's drug shops and pharmacies

Managing a pharmacy on paper or spreadsheets leads to expired drug losses, stock-outs, and compliance risks. Our pharmacy system automates all of it.

Drug inventory management

Track stock levels by drug name, batch number, and expiry date. Receive low-stock and near-expiry alerts before problems occur.

Prescription management

Record and track prescriptions, verify drug interactions, and maintain dispensing records for each patient as required by NDA regulations.

Point of sale & billing

Fast dispensing checkout with mobile money payment, receipt printing, and credit sales management for corporate and insurance accounts.

NDA compliance

Narcotic drug registers, controlled substance records, and dispensing logs maintained automatically for NDA inspections.

Sales & inventory reports

Daily sales reports, slow-moving drug reports, expiry reports, and supplier purchase history for better buying decisions.

Supplier & procurement

Manage drug suppliers, generate purchase orders when stock is low, and track deliveries — reducing stock-outs and overstocking.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the pharmacy system handle expiry date tracking automatically?

Yes. When drugs are received into stock, you enter the expiry date. The system automatically alerts you 30, 60, and 90 days before expiry — giving you time to return or run promotions on near-expiry stock.

Can we use the pharmacy software on a tablet or phone?

Yes. The system runs on any web browser — Windows, Android tablet, or iPad. Many smaller pharmacies use an Android tablet as their primary till.

Does the system help with NDA drug shop licence compliance?

Yes. We configure the system to maintain the dispensing records, controlled substance registers, and drug purchase records required by Uganda's National Drug Authority for pharmacy and drug shop licences.
