Drive revenue growth by selling Acolyte's products and services to businesses across Uganda and East Africa. You'll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — and become a trusted technology advisor to your clients.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across target sectors
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities
- Track pipeline and activities in CRM accurately
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology or SaaS
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, HR, operations)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Based in Kampala with ability to travel to client sites
Nice to Have
- Experience selling ERP, accounting, or business software
- Existing network in banking, SACCOs, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
