About the Role

Drive revenue growth by selling Acolyte's products and services to businesses across Uganda and East Africa. You'll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — and become a trusted technology advisor to your clients.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities
  • Track pipeline and activities in CRM accurately

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of business processes (finance, HR, operations)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Based in Kampala with ability to travel to client sites

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling ERP, accounting, or business software
  • Existing network in banking, SACCOs, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
